Mumbai-born Avadhoot Kamat has stamped his personality firmly on our award-winning Zaman restaurant, and thoroughly impressed the critics in the process.

Within months of taking the helm at Zaman, not only was Av named Asian Chef of the Year at the 8th Asian Curry Awards, but he also clinched the Best International Restaurant title at the same ceremony. His sensational signature Zafrani lamb shank features alongside a diverse range of dishes showcasing world cuisine and is guaranteed to please the restaurant’s international clientele.

Making the perfect roast potatoes:

  • When the potatoes are peeled and dry, scratch them all over with a fork for extra crispiness
