The JQ Club

1. This promotion will run from Monday 27 March to Sunday 25 June 2023 and is only open to Jack and Queen Met Card holders.
2. Every Fortnight the Top 20 Jack and Queen players that have earned the most Met Points on gaming tables or Slots will be displayed on a leader board in the casino and at Reception.
3. All communication to the Top 20 players will be via telephone calls from the Customer Relations Executives. It is the customer’s responsibility to opt-in for marketing communication in order to be notified about the leader board standings.
4. Customers must present their Met Card prior to playing on gaming tables for Met Points to be earned.
5. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their Met Card is inserted into the machine whilst playing, for Met Points to be accurately recorded.
6. Met Points cannot be issued retrospectively.
7. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant’s play; however, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
8. The Top 20 players will each receive a prize of £100 in Free Play and an invitation to the VIP JQ Club Dinner.
9. Free Play can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on tables, Free Play must be redeemed within an 8-week period of the leader board winning notification being displayed.
10. Free Play can be exchanged for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots.
11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
12. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
13. No cash alternative available.
14. Met Points are not transferable and must be earned by the person named on the card in play.
15. Winners will be on display for a week at Reception after the promotion ends.
16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
19.Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
