Exclusive Gaming Leader Board

1. The promotion will run from 1 January to 31 March 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders who have opted-in to the promotion.
2. Each week (Monday to Sunday) the Top 10 players that have earned the most Met Points on live table games will be displayed on a leader board in the casino and at Reception.
3. Winners will be on display for one week at Reception.
4. All communication to the Top 10 players will be via telephone calls from the Customer Relations Executives. It is the customer’s responsibility to opt-in for marketing communication in order to be notified about the leader board standings.
5. It is the participant’s responsibility to offer their Met Card at the table for Met Points to be accurately recoded.
6. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant’s play; however, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met
Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
7. Met Points cannot be issued retrospectively.
8. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
9. Met Points are not transferable and must be earned by the person named on the card in play.
10. The Top 10 players will each receive a prize of £250 in Free Play.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables only.
12. Free Play must be redeemed within an 8-week period of the leader board winning notification being displayed.
13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
14. No cash alternative available.
15. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Gaming Leader Board promotional activity.
16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
