Main Terms and Conditions:
1.The promotion will run from 18 March to 14 April 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch cards will be available when the following events occur and cannot be issued retrospectively:
    2.1 Roulette: receive a scratch card when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day or month’s date.
    2.2 Blackjack: receive a scratch card when winning the hand with a Blackjack.
    2.3 Three Card Poker: receive a scratch card when wining the hand with Flush or better.
    2.4 Punto Banco: receive a scratch card when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight.
    2.5 Slots and Electronics: receive a scratch when randomly selected by the Hot Seat generator. Customers must ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine.
    2.6 Food: receive a scratch when spending £10 or more on the Bar or A La Carte menu, excludes drinks.

3. Scratch cards must be redeemed by 7.50pm on 14 April.
4. Prizes are redeemed as follows: Prize draw entry to be exchanged at Reception for Prize Draw Tickets to be placed in the tombola.
    4.1 Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: Pint of house beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
    4.2 Free panini to be redeemed at the Bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £16.
    4.3 Free main to be redeemed at the Restaurant for a main course from the A La Carte menu to the value of £26.
    4.4 £10/£25/£50 Match play to be placed as a single bet for one hand of Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette along with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher received. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
    4.5 £50/£250/£1,000 Free play to be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
    4.6 Free Met Online spins to be redeemed at MetGaming.com.

5. Prize Draw will take place on Sunday 14 April at 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their Met Card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any scratch cards/entries/vouchers that are incomplete, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola will be cleared after the final ticket has been drawn.
10. Five winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the chance to enter the ‘Money Grabber’ machine, the following multiplier will be allocated to each winner in the order they were drawn: 1st ticket drawn x1 multiplier, 2nd ticket drawn x2 multiplier, 3rd ticket drawn x3 multiplier, 4th ticket drawn x4 multiplier and 5th ticket drawn x5 multiplier.
11. Each winner will have 1-minute inside the Money Grabber machine to collect as many tickets as possible. The 100 tickets placed inside the Money Grabber machine will have a £10 Free Play value.
12. The number of tickets grabbed in the allotted time will be tallied and have the multiplier applied to determine the total Free Play won.
13. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night.
14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
15. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
16. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Scratch and Win promotional activity.
17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
