Between 22 and 28 April Met Card holders can qualify for the Tournament by reaching the Top 20 on one of the three leader boards:

1) Tables leader board Top 20 highest Met Point earners
2) Slots leader board Top 20 highest Met Point earners
3) Electronics leader board Top 20 highest Met Point earners

From 22 April to 5 May Met Card holders can collect their stamp card from Reception and start collecting their stamps. Only 5 stamps are needed to qualify for the Tournament.
Stamps earned after qualifying get you bonus chips to add to your tournament starting stack.

Collect one stamp for each of the following events:

1) With a winning bet on Roulette when the winning number corresponds with the day’s date or 4/5 for the month's date
2) With a winning bet on Blackjack where your hand is a blackjack 
3) With a winning bet on Three Card Poker with flush or better
4) With a winning bet on Punto Banco with a natural nine or eight

Earned your tournament seat on one of the leader boards? Collect stamps for bonus chips to be added to your starting stack.

On Sunday 5 May from 8pm all the qualified customers will be able to register and participate in the Tournament starting at 9pm. 

The top 3 highest scorers will win:

1st prize: £3,250 in Free Play

2nd prize: £2,000 in Free Play

3rd prize: £1,000 in Free Play

4th prize: £750 in Free Play

5th prize: £500 in Free Play

Main Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 22 April to 5 May 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders and HVC Monogram scheme members.
  2. Customers can qualify for the Roulette Tournament on 5 May by one of the following methods: a. Top 20 Met Point earners on the Live Table games, Slot machines or Electronic terminals leader board; b. Earn one stamp when a winning event occurs on Live Table games; c. HVC Monogram scheme members automatically qualify for the tournament.
  3. The Top 20 players that have earned the most Met Points between 22 and 28 April on Tables, Slots or Electronics will be displayed on a leader board on the marketing screens in the casino and at Reception.
  4. It is the participant's responsibility to offer their Met Card at the point of a qualifying transaction.
  5. Met Cards need to be inserted into the machine whilst playing, for Met Points to be accurately recorded.
  6. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees, which is subject to error. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  7. Met Points cannot be issued retrospectively, and normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  8. Met Points are not transferable and must be earned by the person named on the card in play.
  9. Customers can earn stamps on live table games from 12pm on 22 April to 9.45pm on 5 May, limited to one stamp card per customer.
  10. Winning events on Live Table games are defined as: a. Roulette: receive a stamp when winning a bet when the winning number corresponds with the day's date or 4/5 for the month's date; b. Blackjack: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Blackjack; c. Three Card Poker receive a stamp when winning the hand with a Flush or better; d. Punto Banco: receive a stamp when winning the hand with a natural nine or eight.
  11. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped when receiving one of the winning combinations.
  12. Customers must earn a minimum of 5 stamps to qualify for the Roulette Tournament.
  13. All stamps earned after the minimum requirement will entitle the customer to 2,000 in bonus starting chips.
  14. A maximum of 10 stamps can be collected during the promotional period with a maximum of 10,000 in bonus starting chips available.
  15. HVC Monogram scheme members automatically qualify for the Tournament of the Elites and will receive a starting stack of 20,000 chips on the day of the tournament with no requirement to earn extra bonus chips through the stamp card.
  16. Customers who have qualified for the Tournament of the Elites through the leader boards can earn 1,000 bonus starting chips for each stamp collected up to a maximum of 10 stamps.
  17. All stamp cards to be redeemed by 9.45pm on 5 May.
  18. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  19. The Roulette Tournament will take place on 5 May at 9pm, registration for all qualifiers takes place between 8pm and 10pm.
  20. The Top 5 highest scorers overall will win the following prizes: 1st Place £3,250 in Free Play, 2nd Place £2,000 in Free Play, 3rd place £1,000 in Free Play, 4th Place £750 in Free Play and 5th Place £500 in Free Play.
  21. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Tournament of the Elites promotional activity.
  22. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  23. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  25. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  26. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Tournament Terms and Conditions

  1. The tournament will run on Sunday 5 May 2024 at 9pm and is open to all Met Card holders and HVC Monogram scheme members who have met the qualifying criteria.
  2. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 8pm, no entries will be permitted past 10pm.
  3. Minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 participants per round.
  4. To enter participants will need to be in the casino and contact the Customer Relations Executive or Gaming Manager who will process the registration and take them to a designated table to take part in the tournament.
  5. The American Roulette tournament will have the following format: a. All participants will play 5 spins of the allocated game; b. All participants will start each round with 10,000 in tournament chips; c. Participants who have earned bonus chips will be allocated these at the start of their round; d. Players will be given two colours, one to represent £100 value chips and the other £1,000 value chips; e. Minimum stake per spin is £2,000 in chips. In the event a players is unable to meet the minimum stake, they will stake all remaining chips; f. No neighbour or even chance bets accepted; g. Column and dozen bets accepted.
  6. The top 5 scores in the overall tournament will share the £7,500 prize pool. The prizes will be split as follows: 1st Place - £3,250 in Free Play, 2nd Place - £2,000 in Free Play, 3rd Place - £1,000 in Free Play, 4th Place - £750 in Free Play and 5th Place - £500 in Free Play for use on the night.
  7. In the event of a tie, customers who have achieved the same score, will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round of the allocated game, until such a time that an outright winner is decided.
  8. Free Play can only be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
  9. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  10. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Tournament of the Elites promotional activity.
  11. Entry constitutes the acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  12. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
