Award-winning chef Mahmud Zaman has created an exciting range of east-meets-west fusion dishes for our new restaurant, the perfect place to dine in style into the small hours in an adult-only environment in London's West End.
The menu at Zaman's is inspired by regional European and Middle Eastern cuisine. Along with the exciting menu, Zaman Restaurant also offers an extensive wine list.
Open until late, this over 18s venue provides a haven from the bustle of Oxford Street with its relaxed ambience and stunning bar.
Zaman Restaurant is every day of the week from 6pm to 1am (last orders at 11.45pm)

First class service. Good food. Excellent Value. Central Location. Just next door to The City of Quebec!!! The set menu was an interesting selection over all three courses - 4th July 2012
I cannot comment on the full menu but my friends and I wanted a quick desert and a glass of wine before we boarded the coach after being a tourist for the day. The head waiter I presume could not be more accommodating we had a great desert a bottle of wine and an irish coffee in a short space of time. We were only sorry we could not have stayed longer but I am sure we will visit again to have the full menu because we could not fault the service- 31st March 2012
We dined on a Sunday with a last moment reservation. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us and led us the way to the restaurant in the basement floor. The attitude of the waiters and the maître d'hôtel was exceptionally pleasant, the ambience was stylish but relaxed (except for the television screen - but this is a casino) We had a three course meal which was indeed cost performance wise one of the best in London. Truly recommended and definitely revisit again quite soon- 18th March 2012
Just a quick note to tell you how wonderful your F&B team really is. Food is always superb, but this evening I want to give a "thumbs up" to the people that make it happen! I always have a great time no matter who takes care of me, but Enrique and Antonio deserve a special mention here for ALWAYS taking care of me and my guests; their service is terrific: professional, courteous, and consistent at all times! Food for Thought, operated by the Green Earth Appeal in partnership with the United Nations Environmental Programme, donates trees to some of the poorest communities on the planet in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
